Marilyn Elizabeth (Heib) Fink passed away at Melrose-Wakefield Hospital on Thursday June 20, 2013. She was 77 Years of age. Marilyn was born in St. Louis, Missouri, raised in St. Louis and graduated from St. John the Baptist High School. She lived in Everett for many years with her late husband Jacob before moving to Melrose in 2003 after his death. Marilyn worked as a switchboard operator and then in administration for the New England Telephone Company for 38 years. Mrs. Fink also worked part-time for Slotnick, Cantor & Schneider Memorials in Everett. She was an avid reader and cherished the times spent with her family. Marilyn was the wife of the late Jacob D. Fink. Mother of Laura Consolo of Melrose and Kenneth Fink & his wife Lora of Florida. Grandmother of Paige Fink and Patrick Consolo. Sister of Joanne Roesch of MO, Norbert Heib Jr. of Fl and the late James Heib. Also survived by 10 nieces and 2 nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary's Church, Herbert St. Melrose, on Monday June 24th at 11:15AM, followed by a burial at Greenview Memorial Park in Everett. Relatives & friends are invited to attend. There are no visiting hours.
