Marjorie L. (Jacobs) Rotondi passed away at Wakefield Care & Rehabilitation Center on Sunday, November 15, 2009. She was 81 years of age. Marjorie was born in Gloucester, MA on Sept.23, 1928 to the late Daniel & Hilda (Anderson) Jacobs. Mrs. Rotondi was raised in Gloucester, attended Gloucester Schools and has been a resident of Melrose for over 50 years. Marjorie was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking, playing cards and spending time with her family. Mrs. Rotondi was one of the founding members of Incarnation Church in Melrose. Beloved wife of the late George W. Rotondi Jr. Loving mother of Sandra J. Rotondi, George W. Rotondi III & his wife Cheryl all of Melrose. Grandmother of Jessica Rotondi of Melrose & Jaclyn Ruberti & her husband John of Wakefield. Great grandmother of Chase Ruberti. Sister of Shirley Favazza, Carol Lane, Bonnie Warren, Ronald Jacobs all of Gloucester and the late Evelyn Roberts, Roger & Robert Jacobs. Also survived by several nieces & nephews.
