Mary G. (Penta), Benincasa, of Melrose, died at the Epoch Senior Healthcare in Melrose on July 9, 2012 at the age of 102. Mary was born & raised in Boston and a graduate of Lexington High School. She worked as a waitress at the Hanover Street Bus Station in Boston for many years. Mary resided in Lexington & Reading for many years and the past 30 years in Melrose. She was the beloved wife of the late Frank Benincasa. Loving mother of Edward M. Benincasa & his wife Marjorie of Melrose and the late Marilyn J. DeVeries. Caring sister of the late Millie, Lee, Tony and Eddie. Also survived by 12 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild and many nieces & nephews. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary's Church, Herbert St., Melrose on Friday July 13th at 10AM. Relatives & friends respectfully invited. There are no visiting hours. Burial in Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
