Mary S. (Arsenault) Daley of Melrose passed away at The Melrose Wakefield Hospital on Thursday, July 26, 2007. She was 96 years old. Born in Charlestown, MA to the late Gerald & Louise (Breadiu) Arsenault, she was raised in Revere and attended Revere Schools. Mary was a Melrose resident for the past 28 years and was the first tenant of The MaCarthy House of Melrose. She loved her children, grandchildren great grandchildren & great, great grandchildren. She also enjoyed cooking and was looking forward to attending the wedding of Danny & Laurie, her great grandson, next may. She was the devoted wife of 69 years to the late Joseph P. Daley. Loving mother of Evelyn I. Surette & her late husband Harold of Malden, Louise M.Grover & her late husband Daniel of Melrose & the late James J. Daley & his late wife Flora. Cherished grandmother of 10, great grandmother of 16 & great, great grandmother of 7. Caring sister of Eva Bonia & her late husband Frank of Malden, Ernest Arsenault & his wife Helen of Everett & the late Joseph, Arthur, Edmond & Hubert Arsenault. Also survived by many nieces & nephews. Funeral from the Gately Funeral Home 79 W. Foster St. Melrose on Mon. July 30th at 10:30AM.
