Mrs. DiCarlo was a wonderful cook, made an excellent pizza and still was making full dinners at the age of 101. She was an old fashion lady who loved her family and her large extended family. But most of all Mary loved watching cooking shows, Jeopardy and the Wheel of Fortune with her great granddaughter Emily. Mrs. DiCarlo was the beloved wife of the late Frank W. DiCarlo. Loving mother of Doris Ross & her husband William of Wilmington. Cherished grandmother of Michelle L. Cross of Andover. Devoted great grandmother of Emily Claire Cross. Caring sister of the late Anthony & Theodore Dinati. Aunt of Daniel & Jean Dinati, Elaine Harrington, Rosemary Graves, Susan & Glenn Searles, Anthony & Joan DiCarlo and Marie DiCarlo. Great Aunt of Jill & John Garipay, Kristin Dinati, Kim Boig, David Harrington, Adam Russell & Liz Nguyen, Wendy & Paulo McConnell, Racheal Searles, Katie Searles and Ashley & Ethan Tangerini, Christine & James Mollenauer and Loraine & Robert Mintzer. Great great aunt of Mason & Nolan Garipay, Matthew & Grace McConnell, Andrew, Caroline & William Mollenauer, Lily LeFebvre and Madeline & Jack Mintzer. Funeral from the Gately Funeral Home 79 W. Foster St., Melrose on Monday, Nov. 10th at 8:45AM, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St., Mary's Church, Herbert St., Melrose at 10AM. Relatives & friends respectfully invited to attend.
