Mary E. (Landrigan) MacDougall passed away on May 4th at the age of 79. Mary was born and raised in Melrose and has been a lifelong resident of Melrose. She worked as a secretary at the Raytheon Company for 30 years, retiring in 1990. Mary was a lifelong parishioner at St. Mary's Church in Melrose and was active with the Melrose Senior Citizens. She was the mother of Robert H. 'Sandy' MacDougall of Wilmington, Mary Ann Mascianica of WA and Patricia J. MacDougall of Boston. Sister of Robert Landrigan of Bedford and Martha McGinley of NJ. Also survived by 4 granddaughters and several nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Gately Funeral Home 79 W. Foster St. Melrose, on Thurs. May 27th at 9:30AM. Funeral Mass in St. Mary's Church, Herbert St. Melrose, at 10AM. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours will be held prior to the mass on Thurs. morning from 8:30 - 9:30AM.
