Mary (Cefalo) Parziale passed away at Melrose-Wakefield Hospital, on Thursday July 7th, she was 88. Mrs. Parziale was born and raised in Melrose and was a lifelong resident. She was a homemaker and had also worked in the electronics division at Transitron in Melrose and Compugraphics for several years. Mary enjoyed cooking, was a member of the Sons of Italy and a lifelong member of St. Marys Church in Melrose. Mrs. Parziale was the wife of the late Vincent E. Parziale. Mother of Vincent A. Parziale of TX, Rita Hoey & her husband Alan of Wakefield, John J. Parziale & his wife Cheryl of Melrose and the late Gerard T. Parziale. Sister of Viola Lailer of Melrose, Lucy DeProfio of Saugus and the late Thomas & Pat Cefalo. Also survived by 10 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Gately Funeral Home, 79 W. Foster St. Melrose, on Tues. July 11th at 8AM. Funeral mass in St. Marys Church, Herbert St. Melrose, at 9AM. Relatives and friends invited.
