Maureen P. (Walsh) Fiore, of Melrose, died at the Wakefield Care & Rehab Center in Wakefield on Oct. 10, 2011 at the age of 68. Maureen was born in Boston, raised in Melrose and a graduate of St. Mary's High School in Melrose, Class of 1961. She was homemaker and a lifelong resident of Melrose. Maureen was a member of St. Mary's Church for many years and enjoyed spending time going out to eat with her family and friends. She loved to go camping with family at Salisbury Beach and Hampton Beach for many years. Maureen was the beloved wife of the late Richard O. Fiore for 35 years. Devoted mother of Tracy M. Della Russo of Melrose, John K. Campbell & his wife Brenda of FL and Timothy R. Campbell & his wife Nanci of Melrose. Cherished grandmother of Kaci, Nicholas, Shae and Michaela. Caring brother of Kevin J. Walsh & his wife Carolyn of CA. Visiting hours on Thursday morning prior to the Mass from 8-9:30AM at the Gately Funeral Home 79 W. Foster St., Melrose. Funeral Mass to follow in St. Mary's Church, Herbert St., Melrose at 10AM. Relatives & friends invited. Burial will be private.
