Meagan M. Dion died suddenly at Melrose-Wakefield Hospital on Saturday April 12th at the age of 18. Meagan was raised in Melrose, attended Melrose Schools and was a member of the Class of 2003 at Melrose High School. She worked part-time for Dunkin Donuts in Saugus for the past year and half and had also worked for a short time at McDonald's in Wakefield. During her elementary school years Meagan was a girl scout for several years. She was the daughter of Diane M. (Bowman) Dion of Melrose and Roger J. Dion of AZ. Sister of Britney & Roger Dion of Danvers. Granddaughter of Lorraine (Doucette) Bowman of Melrose and the late Frank Bowman, Roger & Helen Dion of FL. Also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral from the Gately Funeral Home 79 W. Foster St. Melrose on Wed. April 16th at 9AM. Funeral mass in St. Mary's Church, Herbert St. Melrose, at 10AM. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours Tues. 4-8PM.
