Melvin L. Stern, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away on November 3, 2024, at the age of 89.

Born on December 10, 1934, in Boston, Massachusetts, Melvin brought humor, warmth, and light into the lives of everyone he met. He was the cherished husband of Shirley for 56 years.

Known for his quick wit and timeless sarcasm, Melvin made everyone feel seen, loved, and special. He had a way of filling a room with laughter, often with a smile and a joke ready for every occasion. A "road warrior" by trade and spirit, Melvin spent his career as a jewelry sales representative, a life he embraced wholeheartedly. His warmth, thoughtfulness, and dedication to his work were matched only by the love he held for his family.

Melvin's legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. He leaves behind memories of laughter, joy, and genuine connection. His family will carry his love and light forward, honoring the remarkable man who made such an indelible impact on their lives.

He is survived by his wife, Shirley Stern, his daughter, Lori Konstanty, his sons, Jack Stern and his wife Elyse, Steven Stern and his wife Brenda, as well as his grandchildren, Brad Stern, Jay Stern, Sara Stern, Grace Konstanty and Joseph Konstanty.
