Michelina S. (Sconzo) Clemente passed away at Melrose-Wakefield Hospital on Saturday, October 3, 2009. She was 87 years of age. Michelina was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and graduated from New Utrecht High School in Brooklyn. Mrs. Clemente lived in Fort Lauderdale, Florida for 30 years, Ocala, Florida for 3 years and Melrose for the past 10 years. She was on the school board in Broward County Florida for 30 years, worked as a sales associate at Jordan Marsh for 5 years, as a receptionist for Ethan Allen Furniture Company for a few years and as a Honda Car Sales greeter. Michelina has been a dedicated member of St. Mary's Church and was a member of St. Mary's ladies Sodality. Mrs. Clemente was the wife of the late Diago Clemente. Loving mother of Roseann Clemente Pakenham & her husband Bill of Bradford. A funeral Mass in Michelina's honor will be celebrated at St. Mary's Church, Herbert St. Melrose, on Thursday, October 8th at 9AM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
