Nora E. Williamson died at Bear Hill Nursing Center March 1st at the age of 92. She was born and brought up in Nashua NH, graduated from Plymouth State College with a BS in History and recieved her Masters in Education from Boston State College. Nora lived in Everett for several years and has been a longtime resident of Melrose. She taught school in Costa Rica for many years, was very active in scouting groups, religious education and was a member of the Steele House Assoc. She was the wife of the late George R. Williamson. Mother of Roberta E Buggy and her husband Michael of Charlestown. Grandmother of Frank R. Corvino of Saugus, Kathleen A. Kersey of Burbank, CA, Daniel R. Buggy of Andover, Michael T. of Melrose, Timothy P. of Budd Lake NJ, Kirk P of Somerville and Jason D. Buggy of Belmont. Sister of Kay Cutliff of Nashua, NH. Funeral from the Gately Funeral Home 79 W Foster St. Melrose on Fri March 9th at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in St Mary's Church Herbert St. Melrose at 10AM. Relatives and friends invited.
