Patricia A. ( Day ) McGilley, 77, died at Melrose-Wakefield Hospital thursday morning after a brief illness. Born and raised in Melrose she was a lifelong resident.She was a graduate of Melrose High class of 1944 and a homemaker. Patricia was the wife of John L. McGilley. Mother of Thomas T. McGilley of Melrose and Donald M. McGilley of Rockport, ME. Grandmother of of Kim Nuzzo, Tonya McGilley, Thomas McGilley & Sean McGilley. Great grandmother of Crystal Nuzzo, Richard Nuzzo & Courtney Lavalle. Aunt of Martha Fitzpatrick of Melrose & Janet Hall of Merrimack, NH. Also survived by several grandnieces & grandnephews. Funeral Services will be held in the Gately Funeral Home, 79 W Foster St Melrose on Mon Dec 29th at 11 AM. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours Sun 4 to 8 PM.
