Patricia A. (Tosi) McGrail, of Melrose, formerly of Westwood, died on August 11, 2005 at the Massachusetts General Hospital at the age of 48. Patricia was born in Boston, raised in Westwood and was a graduate of Westwood High School Class of 1975. She went on to receive her BS in Nursing from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY and worked as a Nurse for the past 22 years at Massachusetts General Hospital. Patricia had been a Melrose resident for the past 18 years and loved to vacation in St. Thomas, Marthas Vineyard and Saratoga Springs, NY. Beloved wife of John D. Jack McGrail. Loving mother of Cameron E. McGrail, Peter D. McGrail and Samantha M. McGrail, all of Melrose. Cherished daughter of Christine (McBarron) Tosi of Norwood & the late John G. Tosi. Caring sister of Jack Tosi & his wife Lori of VA, Suzanne Jennings & her husband Dean of Beverly and Carol Roddy & her husband Mark of Weymouth. Daughter in law of Marie B. McCarthy of Canton. Also survived by many loving brothers in law, sisters in law and many nieces & nephews. Funeral from the Gately Funeral Home 79 W. Foster St., Melrose on Monday August 15th at 10AM. Funeral Mass in St. Marys Church Herbert St., Melrose at 11AM. Relatives & friends invited. Visiting hours on Sunday from 2-4 & 6-8PM. Burial in Wyoming Cemetery, Melrose.
