Pauline V. (Ambagie) Lewis, of Woburn, formerly of Lynn, died at the Life Care Center in Stoneham on Nov. 25th at the age of 89. Pauline was born & raised in Lynn and a graduate of Lynn Classical High School. She was a homemaker and also worked for Schraffes Candy Company & General Electric in Lynn for several years. Pauline lived most of her life in Lynn, 10 years in Woburn and was a member of Grace Chapel in Lexington. She enjoyed square, round and ballroom dancing, bowling and traveling to Europe, Canada and around the United States. She was the beloved wife of the late Frank C. Lewis. Loving mother of Geoffrey A. Lewis & his wife Nancy of Phoenix, AZ and Lawrence F. Lewis & his wife Georgiana of Melrose. Cherished grandmother of Kevin A. Lewis of Melrose. Caring sister of the late Helen Condos, Marie Sellick and Florence Biffin. A funeral service will be held at the Gately Funeral Home 79 W. Foster St., Melrose on Sunday Nov. 30th at 2PM. Relatives & friends respectfully invited. Visiting hours will be held prior to the service from 1:15 2:00PM. Burial will be private.
