Robert G. Testa of Melrose, died suddenly in Rochester, NH, on Wednesday, September 15, 2008. He was only 47 years old. Born in Boston on July 25, 1961, to Constantino & Cynthia (Johnson) Testa, he was raised in Melrose and a graduate of Melrose High School, class of 1979. Bob was started working as an auto mechanic from the age of 8. He worked at Back Bay Motors in Boston, owned and operated Testa's Automotive in Ossipee, NH for over 15 years, and worked as a Nissan Certified Auto Mechanic in Rochester, NH. Mr. Testa loved cars, motorcycles, his Harley Davidson, snowmobiling and camping. Bob also liked to race stock cars and go the races at the Loudon Race Track. He was the loving son of Constantino & Cynthia (Johnson) Testa. Devoted brother of Michelle Walker & her husband Jeffrey of Merrimac, James Testa & his partner Clif Thorn of NY, NY and Kimberly Izzi & her husband Louis of Melrose. Caring Uncle of Shawn, Dale, Rachel, Olivia, Louis Jr. & Andrew. Beloved Companion of Deb Graffam of N. Conway, NH. Funeral from the Gately Funeral Home, 79 W. Foster St., Melrose, on Sat.
