Ruth M. (Camerlin) Muise, of Melrose, died at the Woodbriar Nursing Home in Wilmington on Dec. 16, 2010 at the age of 97. Ruth was born & raised in Melrose and attended Melrose High School. She was a homemaker and also worked at the Schraft's Candy Company in Charlestown for several years. Ruth was a member of St. Mary's Church in Melrose for many years. She was the beloved wife of the late Charles B. "Benny" Muise. Loving mother of Ruthanne Van Stone & her late husband Darrell of Tewksbury, and Charles H. Muise of NJ. Caring twin sister of Dorothy T. Camerlin and the late Charles Camerlin. Cherished grandmother of James, Scott, Chucky, Lisa and Donna. Also survived by 9 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren and 1 nephew. Funeral from the Gately Funeral Home 79 W. Foster St., Melrose on Tuesday Dec. 21st at 8AM. Funeral Mass in St. Mary's Church, Herbert St., Melrose at 9AM. Relatives & friends respectfully invited. Visiting hours on Monday from 5-7PM. Burial will be private.
