Salvatore Colella, born December 1, 1989, passed away on January 7, 2026. He was a beloved son, brother, and uncle whose presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Salvatore is survived by his loving mother, Donna Colella of Malden; his sister, Caprice Palumbo of Melrose, and her husband, Nick Palumbo; his brother, Vincent Colella of Allston; and his sister, Debora Colella of Revere. He was a devoted uncle to his three nephews, Trysten, Lorenzo, and Nico, and his niece, Avyanna, all of whom brought great joy to his life. He was predeceased by his father, the late Frank Colella of Melrose.

As a son, Salvatore held a special place in his mother’s heart — the “favorite,” swan napkin and all — a small but meaningful reminder of the love, humor, and closeness they shared. He carried himself with quiet strength and had a deep love for his family. He was someone who showed up in his own way, with a presence that was felt even in silence. As a brother, he was protective and loyal; as an uncle, he was loving and proud, always holding a special place in his heart for his nephews and niece. His life was deeply intertwined with the people he loved most, and his memory will live on through shared stories, laughter, and the bonds that can never be broken.
