Obituary

Santa (Celona) DiMauro of Melrose, formerly of East Boston, died at the Courtyard Nursing Center in Medford on Feb 7th. Santa lived in East Boston until 1956 and resided Melrose for the last 48 years. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of the Incarnation in Melrose for many years. She was the wife of the late Joseph DiMauro. Loving mother of Josephine MacIndewar & her husband William of Melrose, Joseph DiMauro of Stoneham and the late Carmela D'Agostino & her husband Carlo of Melrose.Beloved grandmother 'Nonnie'of 8 grandsons, 5 great granddaughters & 3 great grandsons. Sister of Stephen Celona of E. Boston and the late Frank, Domenic & Joseph Celona and Mary Lentini. Also survived by many nieces & nephews. Funeral from the Gately Funeral 79 W. Foster St., Melrose on Thursday, Feb 12th at 10AM. Funeral mass in the Church of the Incarnation 425 Upham St., Melrose at 11AM. Relatives & Friends invited. Visiting hours on Wednesday from 4-8PM. Burial in Wyoming Cemetery in Melrose. In lieu of Flowers contributions may be made in Santa's name to the American Heart Association, 20 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701-4688.
