Sheila C. (Taggart) Clark, of Melrose, died at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers on April 27, 2014 at the age of 78. Sheila was born & raised in Northern Ireland and came to America at the age of 18. She resided in Medford for several years and the past 42 years in Melrose. Sheila was a homemaker, very outgoing & social and also worked at the kid's playroom at the Boston Sports Club in Lynnfield for 15 years. She loved babies, singing, dancing, Irish step dancing and all kinds of music. Sheila loved to travel to Northern Ireland to see her family, Moody Beach in Maine, Italy, the Mediterranean, Naples, Fl for the month of March and Tuscany for their 50th anniversary. She was the beloved wife of James P. Clark for 54 years. Loving mother of Susan S. Hebert & her husband Matthew of Saugus. Cherished grandmother of Brianna, Matthew Jr., & Bailey. Devoted sister of Seamus Taggart & his wife Eileen, the late Jack Taggart & his wife Betsy, the late Julia McGinn & her husband Augustine and the late Nan Taggart, all of Northern Ireland. Caring stepsister of Brendan Taggart and Eunan Taggart, both of Northern Ireland. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins in Northern Ireland. Funeral from the Gately Funeral Home, 79 W. Foster St., Melrose on Friday, May 2nd at 8:45AM, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Patrick's Church, 71 Central St., Stoneham at 10AM. Relatives & friends respectfully invited to attend.
