Tammy L. (Maguire) Nolan-Currier passed away after a sudden illness at Tufts New England Medical Center in Boston on February 10, 2013. She was only 44 years of age. Tammy was born in Braintree on June 19, 1968; she was raised in Everett, graduated from Everett High School & Lesley College and has been living in Wakefield for the past 8 years. Tammy worked as a self-employed child care provider for many years, as well as a bookkeeper helping family and friends with their accounting. Mrs. Nolan-Currier loved children, enjoyed camping, decorating, gardening, loved art work; including her tattoos and riding on their "Harley" with Scott. Tammy was a kind and generous person who spent her life helping others. She was the beloved wife of Scott A. Currier. Loving mother of Cody & Robert Nolan and step-mother to Jake & Lyndsay Currier. Cherished daughter of Pamela (Sweeney) Maguire of Everett & Joseph Maguire of MA. Devoted sister of Deborah Fraser, Kelly Maguire, Sarah & Joseph Maguire. Also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, family members and friends. A Memorial Gathering will be held at Club 24, 787 Salem St. Malden, on Sunday, February 17th from 1:00-5:00PM. Relatives & friends are respectfully invited to attend.
