Thomas Lamson of Wakefield died January 25th, 2025 at Winchester Hospital. He was 65 years old. Tom was born in Malden, July 22, 1959.

He was the son of Harold Owen and Genevieve (Quill). Raised in Melrose, he was a graduate of Melrose High School, class of 1978. He worked for the Woburn Public Schools before he retired. He was the father of Thomas Lamson Jr. and his wife Amy of Methuen, Kelsey Wentzell and her husband Ryan of Wakefield, Kara Angelo and her husband Joseph of Stoneham. He was the brother of Margaret Quin and her husband Stephen of Nashua,

Genevieve Lamson of Wakefield, Brian Lamson and his wife Nancy of Wakefield, Timothy Lamson and his wife Stacy of Amesbury. Also leaves behind grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by siblings William Lamson, Patricia O'Connell and his twin brother, John Lamson.

Visiting hours will be held Gately Funeral Home at 79 W. Foster Street, Melrose on Sunday, February 2, 2025 from 1:00 - 3:00 PM. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Most Blessed Sacrament Church, 1155 Main Street, Wakefield on Monday, February 3, 2025 at 10:00 AM. Family and Friends respectfully invited to attend. Interment will be private.
